How can I delete my account?

The Account can be easily canceled by going to Account > Cancel Membership and entering your password. Your data will be deleted one month after cancellation, meaning you will no longer be discoverable or able to log in. If you only want to delete an employee profile, simply click on the [X] under Profiles.

Is there a notice period for cancellation?

You can cancel your account at any point in time. You will still benefit from our services until the end of the month you have paid.

What happens to our personal data?

The data entered during registration will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

Service buyers can only see the personal and professional data you provided, such as the description of your services, work experience, and expectations. This information will only be visible to the client after you have explicitly expressed your interest in a tender by submitting an offer to the service buyer.

I forgot my password. 

To regain access to your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Login > Forgot Password

2. Enter your email and answer the security question.

IT tenders will promptly send you an email with a link to reset your password. 

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

I did not receive a registration confirmation email.

It is possible that the registration email may end up in the spam folder of your mailbox.

If you have not received a registration email with the activation link and there seems to be no explanation for this, please contact our customer service. We will then investigate and resolve the issue for you.

What do you mean by "collaboration options"?

If you are facing a large project that you cannot handle alone, you can find suitable service providers on IT tenders who can support you with the project. To do this, you can simply upload a service description and activate a tender to find suitable candidates who fit into your team.

What is the cost of using IT tenders?

The payment model for service buyers is pay-per-use. You can find more information about it here: Services & Prices.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Since we have a pay-per-use model, you will receive a digital invoice via email shortly after you've published a tender. The invoice can be paid with a simple bank transfer.


How legally binding is a tender?

By submitting a request for proposal to a service provider through IT tenders, you are not immediately bound to them. IT tenders simply offers you the platform to establish non-binding contact with the service provider. If you subsequently decide to engage the service provider, a digital contract can be concluded through IT tenders.

How can I delete my account?

Your account can be deleted under Account > Cancel Membership, simply enter your password to complete the process.

How does IT tenders handle personal data?

The data entered during registration will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

How can I search for a service provider and request their services?

Under the section Tenders you can provide project details, upload the tender in PDF format, and initiate the tendering process. Our AI filters the suitable service providers for you, to whom a request for proposal is automatically sent. The relevant and available service providers then submit their proposals.

Once you've received the proposals, you can then contact the service providers that seem more suitable for your project. If you ultimately decide to hire a service provider, you have the option to digitally conclude a contract through the platform.

How can we get in touch with the requested IT service provider?

You will receive an email as soon as a service provider has sent you an offer. You immediately be able to see the service provider's contact person, phone number (if specified), and email address This allows you to contact the selected service provider directly.

How do we create a tender?

To create a new tender: go to your profile and click on Tenders > New.

  1. Provide a unique tender number (e.g., AB123), which can also be publicly accessible in other media.
  2. Fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
  3. In the "Project Description" section, you can upload a tender in PDF format that outlines your skill requirements. Please make sure that the criteria are precise to avoid an overwhelming number of suitable candidates (e.g., Project Manager with experience in the banking industry and excellent German language skills).
  4. After clicking on "Create Tender," your requirements will be automatically matched with candidate profiles and suitable service providers will be notified.
  5. Interested service providers will be displayed under "Tender" - "Ongoing" for the respective tender once they have responded to the inquiry.
