EU Public Procurement Thresholds Starting 2026
Tenders having certain contract types and monetary thresholds are legally required to be publicly published on Tenders Electronic Daily as per the EU Public Procurement Directive to increase transparency, encourage fair competition, and promote equal access in procurement.
